Can I cancel my order?
We understand that you may change your mind! As long as your order has not been processed or shipped, you can cancel it and receive a refund to the payment method used for the purchase.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, you have 10 days to return the items to our address. Items must be new, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and the return must be approved by customer service. Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the purchase, minus shipping costs.

We offer free delivery to your address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
We do not ship to other countries.

FREE! We offer free shipping to your address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery time is 1-3 days for items in stock. If you are not at home, you can pick up your order at the Post Office (additional charges may apply for a second delivery attempt).

In-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours.
Delivery time for Swiss Post parcels to your home is 1 to 3 business days.
Larger items (such as structures) must be shipped by carrier and are delivered in approximately 2 to 4 business days.
If the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered for you, the lead time is generally 15 to 25 business days. If the lead time is longer, you will be contacted and you can choose to wait or cancel the order if desired.

Our return policy allows returns within 10 days of delivery, with no restocking fees (excluding shipping costs incurred).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
