Orders

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that you may change your mind! As long as your order has not been processed or shipped you can cancel it and get a refund in the form of a gift card.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, you have 7 days to return the items to our address. Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging intact and approved by customer service. Refunds are issued in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping costs spent.

Deliveries

Which countries do you deliver to?

We offer free delivery to your address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

We do not ship to other countries.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free delivery to your address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery time is 2-5 days for items in stock. If you are not at home, you can pick up your order at the Post Office (additional charges may apply for a second delivery attempt).

What are the delivery times?

In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours on business days.

The delivery time for Swiss Post parcels to your home is 1 to 3 working days.

Larger items (such as structures) must be shipped via carriers and are delivered in approximately 2-4 business days.

If the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered for you, the lead time is usually 10-15 business days. If the lead time is longer, you will be contacted and you can choose to wait or cancel the order if desired.

How to return an item?

Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery, with no restocking fees (excluding shipping costs incurred).

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be new, unused, in original packaging and approved by customer service.

Refunds are issued in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping costs incurred.
